RACHAEL DYER

Rachael Dyer is a New York-based award-winning director, producer, and journalist and holds a captivating global career marked by accolades, recently named one of Doc NYC's "40 Under 40."
Her work can be found on top streaming platforms like Netflix, Apple TV+, Paramount+, and HBO Max. Her acclaimed documentary "PAY OR DIE," executive produced by MTV’s Sheila Nevins, sheds light on America's insulin crisis, gaining critical acclaim and festival attention, now available on Paramount+.
Notable producing credits, including "GUTSY" (2022), a documentary series featuring Senator Clinton and her daughter Chelsea Clinton on Apple TV+, underscore her commitment to exploring societal issues. Some of her additional notable credits include Hulu’s "KEEP THIS BETWEEN US" (2022), NBC PEACOCK’s "SHERI PAPINI: LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES" (2022), and Netflix’s "(Un)Well" (2020).
Rachael's earlier journalism career earned her accolades from prestigious outlets like the BBC and Australian networks, including the Southern California Journalist Award and the Clio Entertainment Grand Prize. Her ongoing dedication to impactful storytelling solidifies her as a driving force in the entertainment industry, consistently pushing the boundaries of filmmaking.
SCOTT ALEXANDER RUDERMAN

Scott Alexander Ruderman is an award winning documentary film director and cinematographer whose work has been featured on Netflix, Paramount+, HBO MAX, BBC and Hulu. Recognized as one of DocNYC’s 40 Under 40 filmmakers, Scott is known for his honest, human-centered storytelling, exploring a wide range of subjects from social justice and culture to resilience and creativity. His feature documentary PAY OR DIE (2023), co-directed with Rachael Dyer and executive produced by Sheila Nevins and Sarah Silverman, premiered at SXSW, screened at DC/DOX, and closed the Human Rights Watch Film Festival NY. The film, which won Best Documentary Feature at Flickers Rhode Island International Film Festival and the Cinema for Peace Dove on Global Health Award, is currently streaming on Paramount+. His recent cinematography credits include the Netflix film THE QUILTERS (Oscar-shortlisted, 2025), JIMMY & THE DEAMONS (Tribeca Film Festival, 2025), THE ACCIDENTAL SPY (Warsaw International Film Festival, 2024), and FRUIT IS RIPE (Telus Originals, 2025). He is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts (MFA, Social Documentary Film) , member of the Documentary Cinematography Alliance and The Portrait Network. He is also an active voice for disability representation and inclusion within the documentary space.
